- Any inappropriate behavior, either on the site, during the call when we connect people, when people meet up, or even after the transaction, and we'll need to remove your privileges to use this site.
- We cannot take responsibility for how others act. Be aware, and behave safely, as you would when using any kind of classifieds, even a neighborhood one like imaneed. Meet in a neutral location, bring a friend, or don't reveal personal information; use whatever precautions you think are necessary. Staying safe is your responsibility, not ours. IF SOMEONE HARASSES OR FRIGHTENS YOU, please report that to us via the contact page. IF YOU ARE IN DANGER, call 911 or your local police department.
- We find that the overwhelming number of imaneed experiences are positive.
QUALITY OF GOODS OR SERVICES:
- We make absolutely no warranties about the quality or legality of services or goods that you obtain or don't obtain by using this site. Use good sense, check references, do some research if possible, and be careful, AS YOU WOULD WHENEVER DEALING WITH SOMEONE YOU DON'T KNOW.
PHONE SERVICES:
- We aren't responsible for what your phone company charges you for text messages or any other phone costs when using our services. We don't charge your wireless account, but your carrier might. Check their messaging and data rates.

- You can cancel at any time. Just text STOP to 954-876-4128. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 954-876-4128. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
- Participating carriers: AT&T, CBW, nTelos, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Virgin Mobile, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Alltel.
- You will receive messages when a local individual or business needs the service you indicate that you offer on our site.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
